How Ei Works

Below is a description of the EQ-i assessment of one's emotional intelligence and performance. 
This is based on the Bar-On EQ-i model by Reuben Bar-On and essential for building a healthy organizational culture.

    Stress Tolerance
    This involves coping with challenging situations and managing your emotions effectively. Ei works via coaching you to emotionally regulate self to think clearly, do pros and cons, and ways to trust your voice.

    Flexibility
    Ei helps address your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to adapt to situations that may be uncomfortable, stressful, and/or undesired with emotion regulation and mindfulness tools.

    This is an indicator of one's positive attidute and outlook in life. How do you remain hopeful when the world seems to crumble? Ei coaches with mindfulness and distress tolerance tools.

    This is the ability to find solutions to problem that may be emotionally heavy. Ei coaches to recognize your emotions, emotional urges, and moves coachees forward with a wise mind decision.

    This is the willingness to improve yourself, which leads to an enjoyable life.

    Emotional Self-Awareness
    Ei uses mindfulness to increase your awareness and understanding your emotions. This includes coaching on moment to moment interventions to manage your emotions effectively.
