About Us

Ei Resources believes that emotional intelligence skills should be taught early in life. Ei Resources aims to increase emotional intelligence in our schools and work places, especially with persons in leadership roles. Thereby, others learn by leaders modeling and creates harmony in our communities.
If you are treated well at work and manage your emotions effectively, you could likely leave work feeling good about yourself, have more productivity while at work, and have work satisfaction. More importantly, you are able to identify what skill(s) are working well for you in any given moment. This could then model effective emotional regulation to your children.
